I just wanted to say how impressed I was with my recent purchase. I have a 2010 Dodge Journey and recently installed the Mopar vertical hitch. Didn't realize how difficult it was going to be finding a vertical adapter so I could use my bike rack, along with the vertical draw bar so I could tow my utility trailer. Waited over 1 1/2 months (since May 2011) for a local company to get the required parts in for me after which I finally gave up when their supplier couldn't or wouldn't fill the order for some reason.
I browsed the HitchDepotUSA website and found the 2 inch vertical adapter (C45013) and the 2 inch vertical receiver to a fixed draw bar (C45003)....the exact items I needed.
To my surprise, fedex delivered the order today...Friday, July 8....exactly 2 days (to the hour I will add) after placing the order.
Now that is customer service....a big thank you to Fred for all your help and for processing the order, and a thank you to HitchdepotUSA for actually having the parts I needed!

I ordered a new hitch, brake controller, and RV plug for my truck on Wed. 06/29/11.. It already arrived today 07/01/11!!! Two day shipping for free was awesome!!!
